Elm Hill Labradors will only sell our puppies to qualified individuals who we feel will be responsible and loving pet parents. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our puppies to any potential buyer. 

The commitment to our dogs does not end when a puppy goes to a new home. The health and well being of our dogs is paramount. Therefore, there is always a home here at Elm Hill if you are unable to take care of your dog for any reason. 

In order to reserve your choice of puppy from any given litter we require a $300 deposit.  The deposit is non refundable.  Choices are first come first serve with Elm Hill reserving the right to have the pick of any given litter. Payment in full will be required when the dog is picked up by the new owner. Payment will be bankers check or cash.

Our puppies are all registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) but will be sold with a limited registration.

Additionally, we require all of our puppies to be spayed or neutered by a reputable veterinary surgeon before their first birthday.

Elm Hill Labradors also requires the buyer to have the puppy examined by their preferred vet immediately upon purchase.  If the dog is found to be anything other than healthy it must be returned to Elm Hill Labradors within 7 days of the purchase.  If Elm Hill Labradors receives supporting documentation of the health condition from the examining vet they will, at their discretion, either refund the purchase price in full or pay for any resulting vet costs.
